Duckshit Aroma tea (Ya Shi Xiang) is a premium variety of Dan Cong oolong from the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong, China. According to local legend, the tea was named "Duckshit" by the farmers to discourage others from discovering and taking their prized tea bushes. No actual duck droppings.

Hot Brew: 5g/100ml using boiling water (212F), start with 5-10 second infusions. After 5th round, start adding 10 more second infusion.
Cold Brew: using 1.5g tea leaves with 100g cold water ratio, put it in fridge overnight (8 hours +), strain and enjoy
