Premium Hojicha Powder

Crafted from carefully selected, high-quality first-flush tea leaves, our roasted tea powder is lightly roasted to perfection. This gentle process preserves the tea’s natural flavors while enhancing its rich, nutty aromas and delicate sweetness.

Recipe:

What you need: 

• 4-5g of hojicha power
• 150g of milk
• 60g of water at 176F (80C)
• sweetener: simple syrup, maple syrup
• (Ice cubes)

Instruction: 

1. Warm the chasen by steep it in hot water in a cup
2. Add 4-5g of hojicha power into the bowl, shift it for easier mixing
3. Add 60g of hot water to the bowl
4. Whisk hojicha with a chasen or frother until no clumps
5. Heat up the milk for hot latte
6. Combine hojicha mixture and milk in a cup, ice is optional
7. Recommend adding a little sweetener to bring up the roasty flavor in hojicha 
8. Enjoy
