  • Hot Brew: pour hot water (176F) over the rose in a teapot or infuser, allow it to steep for 15-20 minutes. Re brew up to 3 times until color fades 
  • Cold Brew: pour hot water over the rose to wet it in a cup, pour hot water out immediately, pour cold water and let it sit over 24 hours in the fridge
